Luro Health Inc. (“Luro”) establishes-evidence driven comprehensive virtual
care centers for obesity at Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and
Community Health Centers (CHCs). Incorporating Luro Health Platform,
FQHCs and CHCs will drive significantly higher reversal rates for the
populations served.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose and otherwise
manage personal information during the use of our Services. It describes the
privacy rights related to the personal information we collect and process,
and how the law protects that information. Luro Services do not collect any
personal information directly from patients. Luro is a clinical platform used
by healthcare professionals in their assessments of their patients. If you are
browsing Luro’s public website, we collect some limited personal information
on you through cookies and similar technologies. See the section on cookies

This Privacy Policy should be reviewed with our Terms and Conditions of
Service or our End User License Agreement, whichever is applicable to you

Services, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal
information by us in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Service or
our End User License Agreement, as the case may be, and this Privacy

Using and Disclosing Personal Information
Luro will only use and disclose personal information that we collect through
our Services for the limited purposes described in this policy, and as agreed
upon in our Terms and Conditions of Service and End User License
Agreement.
Luro may use personal information for the purpose of de-identifying that
data. De-identified data may be used on its own or aggregated for analytical
and quality improvement purposes, and to better understand and report on
trends about certain rare diseases or complex conditions. We use generally
accepted best practices for de-identifying and aggregating personal
information.
In addition to how we may use personal information, we may also share
personal information with third parties for the following reasons:
Professional services
We may be required to share some business information with our
professional advisors such as our lawyers or accountants. Whenever we
share personal information, we do so under a confidentiality agreement. We
do not share personal health information with professional services.
Law enforcement
Under certain circumstances, Luro may be required by law to disclose
personal information, including in response to valid requests by public
authorities such as a court or government agency.
Other legal requirements
Luro may disclose your personal information to:

- prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service

Business Transactions
If Luro is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal

Luro will retain personal information, including personal health information,
only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy
or as agreed to in our contractual arrangement with you. We will retain and
use personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal
obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply
with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements
and policies.
Luro will also retain your technical information for internal analysis purposes.
Technical information includes your browsing history of the use of our
software collected using Cookies and is generally retained for a shorter
period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen data security or
to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to
retain this data for longer time periods.

In the case of Luro’s cloud Service, personal information, including personal
health information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computer
servers located outside of the place where you reside, to a jurisdiction where
the data protection laws may be less stringent than the ones that apply
where you are located.
Luro takes data security seriously. Luro will enter into contracts with all
processors to ensure that all personal information is treated securely and in
accordance with this Privacy Policy, and that no transfer of personal
information from our Services will take place to an organization or a country
unless there are adequate controls in place.

As part of the Luro’s commitment to privacy, we take appropriate and
reasonable technical, physical, and administrative security measures to
safeguard the personal information in our custody and control from such
risks as unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying,
modification, disposal or destruction. No method of transmission over the
internet or method of electronic storage is guaranteed secure. We strive to
use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information,
but we cannot warrant its absolute security. You understand and agree that
any information you transmit to us is at your own risk.

Our Services use limited essential and functionality cookies for the sole
purpose of authenticating users. Our website uses limited performance
